Bought during the Pre-Launch. Received my Single Size mattress last few weeks. I bought it for my 5-year old son. This mattress has a special core that is very rare in Malaysia. I have seen similar mattress core in Japan (at Muji store iirc), which made me want to try it. I love that it comes in 3 evenly split parts (and not the common foldable mattress), making it easy to keep neatly when my son is not using it. The washable feature is definitely a bonus, I now wash his mattress more frequently, especially since sometimes we use it as a playmat.
In the past, whenever my baby wet the bed, we had to use a cloth to absorb the moisture and dry it outside, but the urine smell always lingered. It was such a hassle!
Since switching to the Baby Whale mattress, this problem has been greatly reduced, saving us so much time and effort. My baby now sleeps soundly, as the mattress is the perfect balance of firm and soft.
The 66-day trial period gave me peace of mind to try it, and I’m so glad we made this purchase. Highly recommend it to other parents looking for a quality mattress!

If transport or storage is necessary, it’s best to handle the mattress flat and avoid folding or rolling.
